Penis Size Paranoia

Filed under: Gender Studies — admin @ 11:31 am

Introduction

Our contemporary world suggests that a man must have a penis that is between 10 and 20 inches or he is an inferior male who cannot really please a woman. Our world further suggests that unless a man has a penis the size of his forearm or the size of a horse’s penis, then by default the woman is sexually unhappy and secretly she is longing for a man with a bigger penis.

We could tell you that this is absolutely not true - but you wouldn’t believe us…

We could try to tell you not to worry about your penis size - that it is so far down on a woman’s list of what is important that it is effectively a complete non-issue…but we won’t because we know you wouldn’t listen…

The fact is, men are always going to be concerned about the size of their penis…

…so, all we are hoping to accomplish here is to give you some input and some insight that will hopefully help you overcome your paranoia you have over the size of your penis and help you get on with having a great sex life…

See For Yourself

If you were to watch adult female masturbation videos, such as

• Real Sex Magazine: All Masturbations
• Real Female Masturbation
• 100% Masturbation
• Female Masturbation Sensations

You would see girls masturbating solo and the guy doing the movie providing them with vibrators and dildos of all different sizes. Guess what else you would see? You would see these girls reaching right past the big toys and picking up a small one. Guess what else you would see? You would see that these girls stimulating their clitorises and inserting the toys 1 - 2 inches deep.

So let me ask you…if big and deep were important, why do they pick up the little toys and barely stick them in? In these movies, these girls achieve orgasm after orgasm on little toys that are barely inserted into their vagina.

The point is that big and deep isn’t important to a woman. You can give your woman orgasm after orgasm - no matter what the size of your penis is.

It’s A Matter Of (Her) Anatomy

You see, there is a particularly good reason why these women barely insert the dildos and vibrators into their vaginas.

Sexologists who have spent years researching the female G-Spot have scientifically determined that the G-Spot is located right at the top-front of the vagina in 70% of all women. By top-front, this means that a woman who has learned to control her G-Spot can actually push it outwards to where it is visible when you pull her pussy lips apart. In different words, if a man were to stick his index finger right up to the first joint (about 1 inch) and touch the top of 70% of all women’s vaginas, he would be touching their G-Spot.

For the remainder of women, these sexologists say the G-Spot is positioned as follows:

• 10% - on the top, 2 - 3 inches inside the vagina
• 10% - on the top, 3 - 4 inches inside the vagina
• 10% - on the top, spread from the front to about 5 inches inside the vagina

This tells us that if all you had was a 3 inch penis, you could easily satisfy 80% of the women in the world.

What Goes On Inside? (Your digestive System)

Filed under: Gender Studies — admin @ 11:38 am

Your well-being depends on what you eat, when you eat, how you eat, fluid intake and how well your food is absorbed. We absorb everything we need to sustain life through our lungs, digestive system and skin. A robust digestive system is central to our well-being, tirelessly extracting the fuel and nutrients we need from the food we eat. It is vital that we are aware of protecting our digestive system.

We ingest many negative things that upset out well-being. Junk food, inadequate or poor quality fluids, pollution, alcohol, tobacco and other smoke and stress, all effect the efficiency of the digestive system. When our digestive system is not functioning at it’s best, the rest of the body suffers. Nearly all the nutrients we need come from the food and drink we consume. Some things that affect the digestive system and our health are

Poor diet that is lacking in fresh fruits and vegetables and/or has excess intake of sugar ad saturated fats

Eating when stressed or angry

Irregular eating, missed meals

Eating just before going to bed

Eating too fast, not chewing foods

Lack of fibre (you need 20 - 35 gms per day)

Lack of ‘good’ bacteria in the gut

Lack of gastric juices in the stomach

Lack of digestive enzymes

Drinking less than 2 litres of water a day

This is now explained in more detail
Junk food, processed foods, refined sugars and flour products are more difficult to digest and do not supply good nutrition to the body. Make sure that natural whole foods and fresh products provide most of your daily food intake. These help your digestive system to work as it should.

When you are under pressure the chemicals in your body change. This effects the digestive system. Food is not properly digested and you absorb fewer nutrients. Try to be relaxed when you sit down to eat. Concentrate on what you are doing and enjoy the food you are eating.

Water helps rid the body of waste. Kidneys cannot function efficiently without adequate water. When they do not work to capacity, some of the load is dumped onto the liver. When the liver has to do some of the kidney’s work it cannot do it’s own energizing function. Lack of water can also result in constipation. When the body gets the water it needs to function optimally, its fluids are perfectly balanced.

The digestive system cannot function without sufficient fibre. Chitosan fibre complex is an amazing dietary fibre, blended with Fenugreek to assist with the maintenance of regularity. Another amazing benefit of Chitosan is its ability to absorb fats. When we are eating more fatty foods, it is a MUST as a dietary supplement. A herbal aloe beverage helps soothe the digestive system and assist the natural self seansing action of the body. Visit www.uloseweight.net for more information on these amazing products.

Dr David Heber has written a book “What Color is Your Diet” which explains how to build a healthy diet based on colourful fruits and vegetables. This is a very brief précis of his healthy eating model.
Colourful foods have no preservatives or added colour. They provide plenty of vitamins, mineral, antioxidants, fibre, water and trace elements. (All necessary for good nutrition.) They look appetizing and have a high water content. They have a firm texture which means we need to chew them well. This aids the digestive system. These foods are quickly and easily processed by the body, meaning less work for the digestive system. They are natural, that is, not processed and pre-packaged with extra chemicals. Look for different coloured vegetables and fruits when you shop. Experiment with ones you have never tasted. Visit a market for more variety and fresher foods. Eat at least one from each group every day.

To ensure you maintain your digestive system energy levels, keep stress to a minimum, concentrate on eating a wide variety of natural colourful foods, drink plenty of water, consider adding supplements to your diet. This will protect your digestive system and help you to maintain good health and avoid colon cancer.

Diabetes May Lead to Erectile Dysfunction

Filed under: Gender Studies — admin @ 9:00 pm

Researches have established that a diabetes patient is more prone to succumb to erectile dysfunction than a normal person. Erectile Dysfunction besides diabetes can prove a disastrous combination that can have an impending effect on the psychological and physical well being of a man’s life. Men who are having erectile dysfunction problem may became so concerned with the inadequacy that they try to avoid the sexual situation altogether. Same time it increases the stress level, frustration and can trigger a bout of depression.

It is estimated that more than 50% diabetic patient are suffering from ED. Erectile Dysfunction occur at younger age. Within 10 yrs of the diagnosis of the disease trait of ED begin to surface, although not all diabetics develop ED.

Why the diabetics are easy prey to Erectile Dysfunction? Men endowed with healthy blood vessel, nerves, male Harmon and “desire” to perform gets the erection on wish. Diabetes can kill blood vessels and nerves that make the erection possible. Therefore even the normal amount of male hormones and desire to have sex can not help getting a firm erection.

Medical people believe that presence of a blood sugar in diabetic prove an impediment to the enzyme that start the series of events which lead to erection.

Endothelial nitric acid syntheses (eNOs) enzyme considered responsible to start the chain of vascular events that produce and sustain erection.Enzyme (eNOs) cause the release of Nitric Oxide at the nerve ending in penis. The initial release of NO get a quick and short duration increase in penile blood flow it also cause short time relaxation in penile muscle to get an erection. Enhanced penile blood vessel and smooth penile muscle relaxation increase the blood flow in penis which results in erection.

When blood sugar O-GLcNac present in hyper glycemic(high blood sugar) circumstances interrupt eNOs enzyme this may cause permanent penile impairment over time.

A patient of diabetes should always take extra care to understand the complexities of his health psychosexual counseling is mandatory in these situations. Sexual therapy is vital for people with diabetes, since the chronic condition is fraught with situational stresses, performance anxiety, and problems in relationships.

A range of different modes of medication are available for the diabetics. Penile injection or vacuum erection device therapy has been used by many patients with satisfaction. A penile prosthesis was certainly a viable option in these individuals should they fail those therapies or wish to go directly to penile prosthesis. Obviously one must bear in mind that diabetics have a higher incidence of infection and thus they should be counseled in that regard. Sildenafil is also proving a good source that diabetics can look up to.

The Truth about Testosterone Deficiency

Filed under: Gender Studies — admin @ 8:52 pm

Testosterone deficiency is responsible for some of the most common problems aging males (and females) face. These problems include an unfortunate reduction in both muscle mass and strength, increase in fat, and a problematic loss of sexual desire.

Other symptoms can include fatigue and, perhaps worst of all, testosterone deficiency can even lead to a dark depression.

In fact, testosterone hormone deficiency has become so commonplace that in 2003, 2.2 million testosterone prescriptions were filled by pharmacists.

Why were these prescriptions filled?

Well, for starters, many in the medical community now accept the once ignored condition called andropause, which is sometimes commonly referred to as male menopause.

Low testosterone is associated with andropause and a scarcity of this once abundant hormone in men is believed to be a major culprit in the symptoms of male menopause.

Andropause testosterone deficiency can be one reason for prescription testosterone being filled for a man by his physician.

Although there are natural methods to boost testosterone which can be very effective, using prescription testosterone gets you a higher dose of this hormone quicker, affording you a greater chance of breaking out of the funk that a testosterone deficiency can cause.

Unfortunately, along with the great benefits of prescription testosterone — which range from higher energy, enhanced sexual desire, and mood boosting — there are also several downsides.

The main downside is safety. A lot of doctors hesitate to prescribe testosterone, and quite rightly so.

There have been no conclusive studies on what a prolonged boost in testosterone can do to the body. This is a very powerful hormone, after all, and when you are taking prescription doses, you are, in effect, increasing it in your body in an artificial manner.

That’s why a doctor will make sure you really need a prescription for it.

If you are suffering just from the natural slow decline of this hormone from the aging process, your best (and safer) bet is to increase it from the foods you eat and via natural herbs first.

Therefore, it’s imperative that we look at the various causes of testosterone deficiency, because a lot of the causes can be remedied rather easily - - and without the dangers and expense of prescription testosterone.

There are three main areas to examine.

The main area, known as primary testosterone deficiency is of course, the testicles. They are followed by the pituitary gland, and then the hypothalamus.

What this means is that any damage to the above areas could cause a drop in testosterone levels. While this type of damage could be simple — such as suffering a blow to the testicles — the damage may be more severe — such as testicular cancer, or even outright removal of the testis.

However, most common cases of a diminishing testosterone level is aging induced. Physicians have estimated that men in their thirties begin to lose about 2% of their total testosterone per year.

At a rate like this, it’s no wonder 20% of men aged 60 and older are considered to have a testosterone deficiency.

With all these new signs of testosterone deficiency, it seems like the average consumer is more and more willing to turn to prescription testosterone.

Case and point — as mentioned above, 2.2 million people got prescriptions for testosterone in 2003. Three years earlier, it was only 800 000. That means that in three years the cases for prescription testosterone leaped up almost three-fold.

Many people are turning to prescription testosterone in dealing with the unwanted side-effects of testosterone deficiency, but you should always consult your doctor and carefully discuss the potential side effects of each type of testosterone replacement therapy to see if it’s right for you.
